Observation Of Your Targets Home

This depends on where your target lives, a target that lives in an apartment is more difficult to observe than a target that lives in a normal one or two story home.

Also the neighborhood density can either be your friend or your foe, if you target is located in a suburb for example, it can be difficult to make an observation succeed without getting caught. In a more desolated area on the other hand, nature and night are your friend. I would not recommend to observe a suburb target at night time, since this would cause a lot of suspicion. Strange unusual vehicles and/or people again tend to glow like a fucking Christmas Tree in the neighborhood.

Observe the suspect at least over a time of three weeks, without being spotted, do so by for example waiting close to your victims house, while you do this try to fit into the scenery.
